龙升集团控股(06829.HK) 公布，旗下非全资附属公司龙升汽车服务于今年11月1日，与一间汽车贸易商订立一份非独家电动的士经销及服务协议。据悉，龙升汽车服务已同意与汽车贸易商合作，以非独家基准经销纯电动小型行政轿车(包括充电型号及电池更换型号)，连同其部件予香港的士行业。
另外，龙升集团控股旗下非全资附属公司龙升新能源控股于今年12月18日，与一间流动能源解决方案供应商，就有关推广电池更换生态系统的合作订立不具法律约束力的合作备忘录。据悉，龙升新能源控股拟与流动能源解决方案供应商合作，以推广新能源领域的电池更换合作；建立及改善电池更换服务网络；探索电池更换市场的未来趋势；以及为电池订阅服务作出贡献。(js/w)
