智通财经APP获悉，腾盛博药-B(02137)再涨超5%，该股昨日收涨逾14%。截至发稿，涨5.15%，报1.02港元，成交额105.3万港元。
消息面上，腾盛博药近日公布，考虑到公司股价现时处于业绩、资产价值及业务前景被低估的水平，董事会于 2024年12月20日决议动用购回授权，不时因应市况于公开市场积极推行场内股份购回计划。根据该计划，腾盛博药将动用不超过6000万港元的资金用于回购股份，回购期限自2024年12月20日起至2025年公司举行下届股东周年大会之日止。
同时，公司董事会主席Zhi Hong博士获批准购入不超过200万股股份。截至公告日，Hong博士已购入49.95万股，共持有约5.65%公司股份。鉴于对公司前景充满信心，Hong博士计划在批准限额内进一步增持。
