瑞幸回应咖啡喝出蟑螂：涉事门店消杀无异常
快科技12月24日消息，据媒体报道，日前，安徽一位网友发布视频，称从瑞幸咖啡中喝出一只蟑螂。
该消费者自称，从14点下单拿到产品后一直未开封并放在车内，20点左右打开封口喝咖啡时发现有蟑螂。
据媒体报道，瑞幸咖啡对此表示，经核实，门店严格按照操作规范制作该饮品，该门店虫害检查和消杀记录完整无异常。
另外，第三方检测公司也到店实地检查，对门店内所有区域和设备进行彻查，未发现蟑螂及其他虫害情况。
根据瑞幸咖啡公布的2024年第三季度财报，该季度瑞幸在总净收入、净利润、月均消费客户数等多个层面创历史新高。
其中，总净收入达101.81亿元，单季度净收入首次突破百亿元大关，净利润达13.03亿元，创历史新高，同比增幅31.8%。
三季度瑞幸月均消费客户数达7985万人，同比增长36.5%，截止三季度末，累计交易客户数突破3亿人，创新高。
门店方面，该季度瑞幸净新开门店1382家，目前门店总数已达21343家，其中自营门店13936家，联营门店7407家。
