智通财经APP讯，中国中车(601766.SH)发布公告，公司董事会审议通过《关于中车资产管理有限公司将所持北京北车中铁轨道交通装备有限公司80%股权无偿划转至中国中车股份有限公司的议案》，同意公司全资子公司中车资产管理有限公司将所持北京北车中铁轨道交通装备有限公司(以下简称“装备公司”)80%股权无偿划转至公司。本次划转完成后，装备公司成为公司一级子公司。
