　　曼哈顿地区检察官Alvin Bragg表示，Mangione涉嫌于12月4日在曼哈顿中城一家酒店外伺机以3D打印私制枪枪杀UnitedHealth保险部门首席执行官Brian Thompson。Mangione随后逃逸，经过为期五天的追捕，最终在宾夕法尼亚州州西部的一家麦当劳被捕。
