兴业控股签订融资租赁协议 交易金额1亿元
财中社12月24日电兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布其附属公司绿金租赁于2024年12月24日与承租人签订了一项融资租赁协议，交易金额为1亿元（约合1.07亿港元）。该融资租赁的期限为五年，绿金租赁将从承租人处获得资产所有权，并在此后将资产返租给承租人。
此次融资租赁交易中，绿金租赁的付款总额预计约为1.18亿元（约合1.26亿港元），其中包括租赁本金1亿元及租赁利息和其他费用约1786万元。租赁本金和利息将在租期内每半年支付，融资利率参考了当前市场报价利率3.1%。由于交易的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成上市规则下的须予披露交易。
