国泰君安发布研报称，雷鸟创新由TCL电子孵化，公司核心团队来自TCL、大疆、Meta、字节跳动，创新优势明显。雷鸟创新背靠大厂，具备创新优势，已发布多款AI眼镜产品，在国内市场份额领先；同时与博士眼镜合作，打通AI眼镜零售的最后一公里。考虑到TCL电子整体进入盈利修复通道，同时预计公司持股11.5%的雷鸟创新，其AI眼镜业务市场份额领先，有望充分受益AI产业爆发，
该行续指，当前主流智能眼镜产品可简单分为AR系和AI系。AI加持下，智能眼镜除了交互方式多元外，更增加了通用问题解决器功能，基于大语言模型构建学习、推理、决策和执行能力，在娱乐工具基础上更成为生产力工具，作为一体式可穿戴设备实现了耳机、手表、地图、眼镜、太阳镜、AIAgent等多功能集成，实现功能“1=N”。
