12月24日下午，针对网上流传的合肥用户咖啡中喝出蟑螂一事，瑞幸咖啡回应称，“经核实，门店伙伴严格按照操作规范制作该饮品，该门店虫害检查和消杀记录完整无异常；12月23日第三方检测公司到店实地检查，对门店内所有区域和设备进行彻查，未发现蟑螂及其他虫害情况。感谢大家对瑞幸咖啡的关注。”

　　此前，合肥网友陈先生在网上发文称，在瑞幸咖啡中发现了疑似蟑螂的异物。据陈先生描述，12月20日下午，他朋友通过瑞幸小程序下单了两杯咖啡。取单后，他们将咖啡放到车内中控置物架上。晚上8点多，他喝其中一杯时发现了疑似蟑螂的异物，随即他拍下视频并扔掉咖啡。
