华油能源签署两项融资租赁协议，租赁付款总额达2116万元
财中社12月23日电华油能源（01251）发布公告，宣布于2024年12月23日，公司及其附属公司与出租人签订了两项融资租赁协议，分别为融资租赁协议A和融资租赁协议B。融资租赁协议A涉及承租人一、承租人二及承租人三，他们同意以780万元的转让价将租赁资产A出售给出租人，并在24个月内租回，租赁付款总额为825万元。融资租赁协议B则涉及承租人四，转让价为1220万元，租赁付款总额为1291万元，租期同样为24个月。
此次融资租赁交易的主要目的是提高承租人的资金流动性，优化资产及债务结构，并支持其业务运营。交易所得将用于偿还银行贷款、购买设备及满足一般运营资金需求。根据上市规则，由于融资租赁交易A和B的一项或多项适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵循相关通知及公告规定。
