智通财经APP讯，12月24日，北汽蓝谷(600733.SH)公告称，子公司北汽新能源与北京国有资本运营管理有限公司、北京市基础设施投资有限公司及小马易行、问鼎投资在内的11家战略投资者签署《增资协议》，共计获得81.5亿元增资。公开资料显示，问鼎投资是宁德时代全资子公司，是宁德时代对外投资的重要平台。
此前，北京汽车以非公开协议方式向北汽新能源增资20亿元，北汽新能源本轮增资总额合计为101.5亿元。本轮增资完成后，北汽蓝谷持股比例由99.99%变为71.69%，仍为北汽新能源控股股东。
