【本田日产迈出合并第一步 欲打造全球第三大汽车制造商】金十数据12月23日讯，本田汽车和日产汽车周一宣布，已开始就可能的合并展开谈判，三菱汽车也在考虑加入。按汽车销量计算，此次整合将缔造出全球第三大汽车集团，仅次于丰田和大众汽车。日产是日本第一大汽车制造商，本田是日本第二大汽车制造商，此次合并将标志着自菲亚特克莱斯勒汽车和PSA于2021年以520亿美元完成合并创建Stellantis以来，全球汽车行业的最大重组。两家公司的目标是通过潜在的合并实现30万亿日元（1910亿美元）的总销售额和超过3万亿日元的营业利润，目标在2025年6月左右完成谈判，然后在2026年8月之前成立一家控股公司，届时两家公司的股票都将退市。本田将任命控股公司董事会的多数成员。
