【浙商银行：山东国信拟减持不超过1%股份】金十数据12月23日讯，浙商银行公告，股东山东省国际信托股份有限公司基于自身经营发展需要，拟在公告披露之日起3个交易日后的三个月内，通过大宗交易方式减持其持有的A股股票不超过2.75亿股，即减持比例不超过公司总股本1%。截至公告披露日，山东国信持有公司A股股票7.68亿股，占公司总股本的2.79%。
