记者从云南省瑞丽市委宣传部获悉，22日早晨，瑞丽市勐秀乡南京里村干吕村民小组一民房内，有4人因一氧化碳中毒导致窒息。其中1人救治无效死亡，另外3人目前仍在救治当中。

据介绍，经现场初步勘验核查，窒息人员符合一氧化碳中毒症状，4人均为缅甸籍务工人员，在瑞丽市一家餐馆工作。瑞丽市21日晚间气温较低，4人在房间内烧炭取暖。22日早晨，餐馆负责人发现4人未正常上班，随后敲门发现异常。目前，伤者救治、死者善后等工作正在开展。
