雨润食品更新银行借款调解协议 冲回利息约5200万元
财中社12月24日电雨润食品（01068）发布自愿公告，更新银行借款调解情况。根据公告内容，公司于2024年12月23日与一家银行达成共识并签署调解协议。根据该协议，若干以往年度已计提的利息及罚息将可被冲回，相关金额约为5200万元（相等于约5600万港元）。该金额是基于公司最近期的未经审计管理账目，并将由审计师进行进一步审核。
公司表示，已与中国境内两家国有商业银行沟通，旨在就本金分期偿还、减免前期罚息和利息达成一致。后续公司将适时向持份者披露有关解决逾期银行借款的最新情况。
