截至本公告日期，公司并无根据供股发行任何证券。供股将不会进行并将告失效。
董事会认为终止供股及配售协议不会对集团的财务状况及营运造成任何重大不利影响。集团将于适当时机采取措施探索其他业务或筹资机会，以改善集团的整体财务状况。
