消息面上，美国特拉华州联邦法院的陪审团裁定，高通在未支付更高的授权费的情况下，将Arm芯片产品整合到自己的芯片中，并未违反协议条款。该协议涵盖的是高通在2021年以14亿美元收购Nuvia获得的Arm芯片产品。陪审团无法就Nuvia是否违反许可协议达成一致，美国地区法官Maryellen Noreika表示，该问题可能会在晚些时候重新审理。对此，Arm寻求重审。
