东江环保预计2025年日常关联交易不超2.96亿元
财中社12月24日电东江环保（002672/00895）发布关于2025年度日常关联交易预计的公告。公司预计与关联方发生的日常关联交易总金额将不超过2.96亿元（不含税）。主要关联方包括广晟控股集团、宝武集团、苏豪控股集团等，交易内容涵盖产品购销及劳务提供等。
根据2024年1-11月的实际发生情况，关联交易总额为1860万元，较预计金额2.91亿元偏差较大，差异幅度为93.61%。造成差异的原因主要是由于工业危废处理市场变化、关联方行业变化及业务调整等外部因素，且此情况属于正常现象，对公司经营和业绩不会产生较大影响。
2024年前三季度，东江环保实现收入24.67亿元，归母净利润-3.54亿元。
