Suzhou Basecare Medical (HKG:2170) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Jinghua Medical Management for five years, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Under the contract, the firm will provide Shanghai Jinghua Medical Management with AI-based solutions covering areas such as andrology testing, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and complex genetic diseases, with an aim to establish a world-class benchmark center for assisted reproduction.
The genetic technology research company will sell products and provide consulting services to Shanghai Jinghua Medical Management. Both parties will also collaborate on creating an intelligent reproductive genetics center.
