神州控股计划出售1.45亿股金谷股份 金额约2.85亿元
财中社12月24日电神州控股（00861）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司西安神州数码于2024年12月24日与呼和浩特金谷签订退出协议，计划出售其持有的1.45亿股呼和浩特金谷股份，约占呼和浩特金谷全部已发行股份的9.8%。此次股份的销售金额为约2.85亿元。该出售事项构成须予披露交易，因其最高适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，需遵守相关申报及公告规定。
呼和浩特金谷预计将进行重组，计划与当地其他金融服务实体合并并成立新银行。由于本次出售的股份账面金额约为3.37亿元，预计将有约5150万元的亏损。该亏损将计入综合其他全面收益表，不影响综合损益表。出售所得款项将用于偿还银行贷款及补充运营资金。
