China Energy Engineering Wins Bid for Coal-Fired Generating Units Replacement Expansion Project

A consortium of China Energy Engineering (HKG:3996, SHA:601868) subsidiaries won the bid for a 3×660 megawatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units replacement expansion project of Jiangsu Changshu Power Generation with a winning bid amounting to 6.93 billion yuan.

The consortium comprises China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group East China Electric Power Design Institute and China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Province First Electric Power Engineering, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The project won in the bid has a construction period of 48 months.
