滨海投资签订两项框架协议
财中社12月24日电滨海投资（02886）发布公告，宣布与天津泰达供应链管理有限公司签订了两项框架协议，分别是办公类物资供货框架协议和工作服供货框架协议。办公类物资供货协议的期限自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止，泰达供应链将根据不时订立的合同向滨海投资天津集团提供办公类物资，年度上限为200万元。工作服供货框架协议的期限为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日，年度上限为150万元。
此次交易的原因在于前办公类物资供货协议将于2024年12月31日到期，滨海投资天津预计将继续与泰达供应链进行类似交易。公告中提到，泰达为滨海投资的控股股东，间接持有5.79亿股股份，约占已发行股份总数的42.04%。由于年度上限的适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此交易仅需遵守上市规则第14A章的申报和公告要求，无需独立股东批准。
