智通财经APP讯，易大宗(01733)发布公告，近期本公司全资附属公司海南富多达供应链管理有限公司(海南富多达)与华夏银行股份有限公司海口分行(该银行)订立一份最高额融资合同，根据该合同，该银行同意向海南富多达提供本金为不超过人民币1亿元的银行授信，期限自2024年12月16日起至2025年12月15日为期1年。该银行授信应由海南富多达作为其日常运营中流动资金贷款、银行承兑汇票及贸易融资业务之用。鉴于该银行根据融资合同向海南富多达提供银行授信，本公司及其全资附属公司内蒙古浩通能源股份有限公司各自同意向该银行提供一项企业担保(各为“企业担保”及统称“企业担保”)，以连带责任担保海南富多达履行其于融资合同项下的义务。
