信义能源财报呈列货币将由港元变更为人民币
财中社12月24日电信义能源（03868）发布公告，宣布将其经审计的综合财务报表的呈列货币由港元变更为人民币，自截至2024年12月31日止年度起生效。该变更经过董事会的批准，并参考了董事会审计委员会的建议。变更的原因是本集团大部分业务交易均以人民币结算，且大部分业务及资产位于中国内地。
此次变更将使得截至2024年12月31日止年度的财务报表成为本集团第一份以人民币呈列的财务报表，并将对截至2023年12月31日止年度的可比数据进行人民币重列，以便进行比较。公告中指出，该变动对本集团的财务状况概无重大影响。
