快狗打车(02246.HK) 公布，今日(24日)以认购额认购若干基金参与股份。据悉，相关参与股份为为“SP2-A类股票”发行的基金独立投资组合中的无投票权、可赎回之股份，认购金额为6,500万元。
快狗打车表示，认购该基金用于投资目的，并将为集团提供平衡及多元的投资组合，以及潜在资本增值的机会。另外，认购事项亦使集团得以参与投资级债务及固定收益工具，同时利用该基金及经理人的专业管理降低直接投资风险。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
