消息面上，据央视财经报道，今年9月以来，电动自行车以旧换新工作有序推进，进度不断加快。商务部最新数据显示，截至12月19日，全国电动自行车实现售旧、换新各102.3万辆，带动新车销售27.3亿元，铅酸电池动力车辆占比显著上升，有效降低了存量安全隐患。
华泰证券发布研报称，在国内两轮车市场，24年9月发布的两轮车新国标征求意见稿中提出，将使用铅蓄电池的整车重量限值由55kg放宽至63kg，从而可以提升铅酸电池车型的单车带电量，提升续航里程，利好铅酸电池应用。随着年底或明年年初新国标正式落地，叠加国家以旧换新补贴政策，将带动铅酸电池需求增长，天能股份作为龙头企业，有望充分受益。
