　　华泰证券表示，北控水务坚持轻资产转型，上半年自由现金流净额3700万元人民币，按年计由负转正。虽短期回款或有一定压力，但水务营运回款与政府财政支付能力息息相关，未来有望受惠于化债政策带来的现金流改善。在稳定派息政策下，股息率达6.6%，具有吸引力。
