本集团的全球化战略有赖于在全世界范围内培养一流的人才队伍。为响应本集团的全球化战略，于授出日期，本公司根据2022年股份激励计划的条款向48名雇员参与者承授人授出涉及合共365万股股份(代表73万股美国存托股)的36.5万个受限制股份单位，相当于紧接授出前截止本公告日期本公司已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)的约1.11%，以期通过有效的长期股权激励政策来优化其薪酬架构，从而为本集团的全球化计划提供支持。该等承授人包括但不限于本集团现任核心管理层、高潜力顶尖人才及特定拥有卓越技能的国际化雇员。
