智通财经APP获悉，法拉第未来(FFIE.US)表示，获得约 3000 万美元的现金融资承诺。本轮融资资金将用于加速公司的发展以及 Faraday X 的发展，这是法拉第未来推出搭载价格实惠、性能卓越 AIEV 的汽车的战略。
截至发稿，该股盘前涨23.71%，报1.44美元。
该承诺包括今年第四季度收到的 750 万美元预付款和 2250 万美元的新现金承诺，以无担保可转换票据和认股权证的形式用于收购额外股份。
可转换票据的转换价格和认股权证的行使价格分别为每股 1.16 美元和 1.392 美元。
FF 全球首席执行官 Matthias Aydt 表示：“在公司接近 2024 年底并进入新的一年之际，新融资为 FF 及其新品牌奠定了坚实的基础。”“我对这笔新融资将带来的机遇感到乐观，包括支持我们 FF 91 2.0 的持续生产和 FX 品牌的增长，”Aydt 补充道。
据悉，首批Faraday X(FX)车型为预计售价2-3万美元的FX 5和预计售价3-5万美元的FX 6，提供增程AIEV和纯电AIEV两种系统，目标是在2025年底开始生产。
