17Live Group (SGX:LVR) issued and allotted 766,032 shares in the capital of the company to eligible holders of restricted share units under its employee share option plan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The shares will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange on or around Dec. 27.
Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the total number of issued shares increased to 183,192,798 shares, which exclude 116,600 treasury shares.
Shares of the entertainment services group were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
