智通财经APP讯，荣昌生物(09995)发布公告，于2024年12月23日举行的董事会会议上，黄国滨先生已获提名为公司独立非执行董事候选人，但须待公司将于2025年1月10日举行的临时股东大会上审议及批准后，方可作实。倘建议委任获批准，黄先生的任期将自临时股东大会之日起至第二届董事会任期届满为止。有关任期届满时，可于应选连任时重续任期。
黄先生亦已获提名为董事会提名委员会主席及董事会战略委员会成员，但须待于临时股东大会获批准担任独立非执行董事后，方可作实，其任期将至第二届董事会任期届满为止。
