智通财经APP讯，绿城服务(02869)发布公告，于2024年12月23日(交易时段后)，买方杭州椿悦企业咨询管理有限公司(公司附属公司)及卖方杭州忆锦投资有限公司订立股权与债权转让协议，据此，买方同意购买及卖方同意出售杭州健成的25%股权及股东贷款，代价为人民币2.23亿元(其中股东贷款代价为人民币1.75亿元)。
公告称，集团认为杭州健成持有相对优质的基础资产(即投资项目)，且投资项目中的物业已完全建成，并已与承租方签订租赁协议，将整体出租予政府机构预期作医院营运及使用(鉴于承租方为政府机构，且用途预期为医院运营，故具有较强的履约能力、信誉及稳定性)。后续无论是通过租金收益来获取稳定的投资回报，或是以其他更优的方式完成投资项目的处置来获取投资回报，均能为股东带来较为稳定且可预期的投资收益，集团可透过收购事项享有有关投资回报。
