智通财经APP获悉，新鸿基地产代理租务部助理总经理冯颖欣表示，近月旗下商场人流增加，预计圣诞节期间的生意额会比去年同期有双位数增幅。
她指，旗下商场，例如位于观塘的商场由11月中起，已推行各种圣诞优惠及活动推广，12月初至今的人流比去年同期有10%增长，亦见到顾客愿意花费，有一定消费力，但消费时更加注重选择，因此商场需要带出话题，例如邀请韩团前来办签名会等。
冯颖欣提及，商场举办的一些推广活动需要有一定消费，亦有助延长顾客逗留时间，相信推广活动可转化为消费，尤期餐饮及电器方面，预计各有一成生意升幅。
