智通财经APP获悉，石油股集体上扬，截至发稿，中石油(00857)涨3.4%，报6.08港元；中石化(00386)涨2.32%，报2.41港元；中海油(00883)涨1.97%，报18.66港元。
消息面上，国资委近期出台指导意见，鼓励央企市值管理行动。光大证券指出，随着天然气旺季景气来临，以及中长期天然气需求向好、市场化改革持续推进，“三桶油”作为天然气龙头有望充分受益。另外，“三桶油”估值较海外巨头显著低估，长期增长能力有望持续兑现。
此外，12月2日，10年期国债活跃券成交利率跌破2.0%，高股息资产再度受到市场关注。光大证券指，三季度以来“三桶油”预期股息率与十年期国债的息差呈稳中有升态势，截至12月6日，中国石油、中国石化、中国海油A股动态股息率与十年期国债利率的息差分别为3.74、3.35、3.12pct，中国石油、中国海油的息差已高于24Q2水平，当前位置配置价值凸显。
