　　新达控股（08471）发布公告，于2024年12月23日，买方（深圳市新达科创集团有限公司，为公司间接全资附属公司）拟向卖方（林凤兰女士）购买目标公司（深圳市冠晟通科技有限公司）的90%股权，总代价为人民币9万元。

　　收购事项后，目标公司将由买方持有90%、由卖方持有8%以及由公司及其关连人士的独立第三方韩文平先生持有2%。

　　目标公司为于中国注册成立的公司，其营运位于中国广东省深圳市。目标公司为网络资讯安全服务供应商，专门从事管理及营运电脑网络、服务器数据库、技术服务、技术开发、网络及资讯安全软件开发及其他资讯科技业务。
