中国金石(01380.HK) 公布，就早前公布建议每两股供一股，以每股供股股份0.20元之认购价发行1.275亿股供股股份料最多净筹2,500万元的交易，由于供股条件无法达成，该公司与配售代理双方已同意即时终止配售协议。因此，配售协议自昨日(23日)起终止，不再具有任何效力，任何一方均无须就配售协议对另一方承担任何责任。
截至昨日，中国金石并无根据供股发行任何证券。供股将不会进行并将告失效。(js/w)
