消息面上，据市场消息报道，中国国家电力投资集团公司(SPIC)的子公司SPIC Brasil与金风科技签订了一份风力涡轮机采购协议，用以在巴西北里奥格兰德州图罗斯地区新建一座装机容量为105.4兆瓦(MW)的风电综合设施。SPIC Brasil首席执行官Adriana Waltrick表示，该项目建设需要投资7.55亿雷亚尔，但他没有透露设备合同的价值。平均而言，设备占项目总成本的65%至75%。该项目将安装17台风力涡轮机，每台功率为6.2MW。
据了解，今年6月，国家电投曾宣布在巴西东北部建设两座新风电场，总装机容量为105.4MW，预计建设工作在2025年1月开始，并于2026年投运。这两个风电场分别为Paraíso Farol(天堂灯塔)和Pedra Amolar(锐石)，前者将安装7台风机，装机容量43.4MW;后者将安装10台风机，装机容量为62MW。此次由金风科技进行本地化供货的风电场，正是这两个项目。
