滨海投资更换董事会主席 张旺接任年薪40万港元
滨海投资（02886）发布公告，董事会主席及执行董事胡浩因职务调动，自2024年12月23日起辞任。为了填补该空缺，张旺已被委任为新的董事会主席及执行董事。胡浩确认与董事会没有任何意见分歧，也没有其他需要提醒股东的事项。
张旺，44岁，拥有湖南大学环境科学与工程专业的学历，曾在公司控股股东天津泰达投资控股有限公司及其附属公司任职，现为泰达控股副总经理。张旺在被委任之前未在公司或其附属公司担任任何其他职位，且在过去三年内未在其他上市公司担任董事。张旺与公司董事、高级管理人员或主要控股股东没有关联关系。
张旺与公司签订了为期三年的服务合同，年薪为40万港元，金额经过薪酬委员会审阅并由董事会根据以往标准确定。董事会热烈欢迎张旺加入。
