智通财经APP讯，第一服务控股(02107)发布公告，于2024年12月23日，公司的间接全资附属公司第一物业与北京腾云订立投资协议，据此，第一物业同意向北京腾云注资，以令北京腾云能够向目标合伙企业作出相应投资。
根据投资协议：第一物业同意向北京腾云注资最多人民币1650万元，而北京腾云承诺向目标合伙企业投资金额人民币4500万元;注资将由第一物业转入北京腾云的银行账户，而北京腾云须向目标合伙企业作出相应投资;尽管北京腾云对目标合伙企业的投资将以北京腾云的名义登记，但第一物业及北京腾云均认可及确认注资的实益拥有权将归属于第一物业。
于本公告日期，目标合伙企业(芜湖德致信项目投资合伙企业(有限合伙))透过其持有项目公司(北京灏晟企业管理咨询有限公司)99.99%的权益成为目标资产的最终实益拥有人，而项目公司则持有目标资产。目标资产指中国北京市东城区香河园大街1号北区3、6、7、8及12号楼共42个房产单位，总建筑面积1.23万平方米。
订立投资协议令集团得以加强及扩大公司于房地产行业的投资组合，以获取潜在投资收益。
