12月23日金融一线消息，浙商银行今日发布关于股东拟通过大宗交易方式减持股份计划公告。公告显示，截至本公告披露日，山东省国际信托股份有限公司（以下简称“山东国信”）持有浙商银行A股股票 767，505，497 股，占该行总股本的比例为 2.79%。

　　山东国信基于自身经营发展需要，拟在本公告披露之日起 3 个交易日后的三个月内，通过大宗交易方式减持其持有的 A 股股票不超过 274，646，359 股（含本数），即减持比例不超过该行总股本 1%。
