12月23日晚间，汇纳科技股份有限公司（汇纳科技，300609.SZ)公告，12月20日，公司与大连万达商业管理集团股份有限公司（简称“大连万达”）、林芝腾讯科技有限公司（简称“腾讯科技”）及深圳高灯计算机科技有限公司（简称“高灯科技”）签署《关于上海丙晟科技有限公司之股权转让协议》（以下简称“《股权转让协议》”），公司以1亿元收购大连万达持有的上海丙晟科技有限公司（简称“丙晟科技”）10%股权。
