【市场监管总局：降低平台内商户成本负担】金十数据12月23日讯，记者23日从全国市场监管工作会议上获悉，市场监管总局将加快出台网络交易平台收费行为合规指南，降低平台内商户成本负担，督促平台合理确定收费比例，促进平台经济领域各方主体互利共赢。市场监管总局局长罗文表示，切实规范平台经济市场秩序，引导平台企业优化规则、合理收费，纠正“流量至上”“低价为王”等侵犯平台内经营者合法权益的行为。推动平台算法向上向善，对平台侵害新就业形态劳动者权益、利用算法实施大数据“杀熟”等重点问题进行专项整治，切实维护平台内经营者和消费者合法权益。
