智通财经APP讯，第七大道(00797)公布，于2024年12月23日，公司间接全资附属无锡七道云睿拟向无锡飞叶及北海和熙收购上海领素达科技合伙企业(有限合伙)的全部合伙权益，总代价为约人民币1.223亿元。
本次收购完成后，合伙企业将成为公司全资附属企业，无锡第七大道科技尚有向合伙企业注资人民币985万元的义务。
据悉，合伙企业主要从事投资控股。于本公告日期，合伙企业主要投资于被投资公司，并持有被投资公司已发行股份的0.5317%。
被投资公司经营一个智慧出行平台。自成立以来，被投资公司已获得工业和信息化部、国有资产监督管理委员会及科学技术部牵头，由三家央企出资的投资，此外还有来自腾讯、阿里巴巴及其他公司的投资。智慧出行平台目前在中国独立出行平台中按订单量计属领先平台之一，收入逐年增长。考虑到被投资公司的行业地位、业务前景，以及其未来资本化计划，公司认为通过收购事项对被投资公司的投资预期将为公司带来财务回报。
