施乐已同意从一个亚洲投资者财团手中收购激光打印机制造商利盟国际，交易价值15亿美元。

　　这笔交易包括施乐将从目前的所有者纳思达股份有限公司、PAG Asia Capital和Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre处承接的债务和其他负债。施乐周一发表声明称，将把年度股息从每股1美元降至50美分，以帮助收购提供资金。预计该交易将于2025年下半年完成，需获得监管机构的批准。

　　施乐股价在短暂下跌后周一盘前上涨4.4%。该公司没有透露将从利盟承担的债务金额。
