快狗打车6500万港元认购股份
财中社12月24日电快狗打车（02246）发布公告，宣布于2024年12月24日以6500万港元认购若干参与股份。此次认购事项根据《上市规则》第14.07条的计算，涉及的适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易。
本次认购的参与股份为Homeric Segregated Portfolio Company下的Homeric Securities Investment Second SP独立投资组合中的无投票权、可赎回股份。该独立投资组合旨在通过投资于各种工具实现长期回报，包括上市及非上市股票、固定收益证券等。董事认为此次认购将为公司提供平衡及多元的投资组合，并降低直接投资风险，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
