智通财经APP讯，联康生物科技集团(00690)发布公告，于2024年12月24日，公司的间接全资附属公司华生元(作为承租人)与深圳同创(作为出租人)就物业租赁订立租赁协议，租期自2025年1月1日起至2026年12月31日止(包括首尾两日)，为期两年，相关物业用于集团的若干生产设施。
物业为位于华生元土地的建筑物的一楼、二楼、四楼全层连天台及三楼的一部分，总建筑面积为5685.47平方米。用于生产车间、仓储及办公用途。
