　　华侨银行（OCBC）连续第二年向全球逾1.1万名初级员工发放一次性资助，涉资总额约750万新加坡元（约4300万港元），其中香港、澳门逾1400名初级员工将分别获得5400港元、4000澳元。款项将于2025年2月至4月发放。

　　华侨银行表示，有关款项将帮助华侨银行及其附属公司，包括新加坡银行、华侨银行证券，约1.1万名员工应对生活成本的压力。受惠员工，占华侨银行集团17个市场总员工人数约四成。

　　华侨银行集团人才资源总监李斐雯表示，虽然预测2025年的通胀将有所缓和，集团知悉应对生活成本的问题仍然存在，员工的福祉是集团首要任务，希望继续以一次性资助金帮助员工应对生活成本上升的需要。

　　事实上，华侨银行今年首季曾向全球初级员工发放总额接近900万新加坡元的一次性资助，故是次宣布发放一次性资助的总体金额按年削减约17%。
