白云山高层动荡：副总经理黄海文数天前辞职，被传带走调查
红星资本局12月23日消息，近日，有媒体报道，广州白云山医药集团股份有限公司（600332.SH，以下简称“白云山”）副总经理黄海文已被有关部门带走调查。
这一事件的前奏在两天前已出现。白云山于12月20日宣布，董事会已收到黄海文递交的书面辞职报告。黄海文因个人原因，辞去公司副总经理的职务及在公司附属企业担任的所有职务。辞职后，他不再担任白云山及其附属企业的任何职务。
这是继今年7月公司前任董事长李楚源（后官宣落马）、8月董事张春波先后辞职后，年内白云山第3位宣布辞去“所有职务”的高管。
白云山年报显示，黄海文于2004年7月参加工作，曾先后担任广州白云山中药厂山西OTC经理，白云山和黄公司华东区山东营销中心经理、营销副总监兼销售部冀鲁区总经理、山东营销中心总经理，广西盈康经营部门负责人、副总经理，白云山制药总厂经营部门负责人、副厂长，白云山医药销售公司副总经理。
自2019年7月起，黄海文任白云山副总经理，辞职前还担任白云山医药销售公司（下称：白云山销售）党委书记、董事长，白云山制药总厂管委会主任，敬修堂药业董事，化学药科技公司董事。
