金吾财讯 | 内银股走强，天津银行(01578)涨3.01%，工商银行(01398)涨2.69%，邮储银行(01658)涨2.65%，中国银行(03988)涨2.11%，农业银行(01288)涨2.15%。消息面上，中信证券研报认为，11月信贷收支表表明，资产端，隐债置换背景下企业贷款增长承压，但房地产市场边际改善下按揭需求有所回暖，银行机构亦通过加大债券配置稳定资产投放；负债端，一方面新房销售修复叠加化债推进，今年以来对公活期存款增长偏弱的情况有所改善；另一方面，定期存款挂牌利率持续下调，叠加财富市场回暖，居民存款定期化趋势亦出现边际改善。12月重要会议结束后，市场对于政策的博弈告一段落，人民币大类资产配置框架下思考，银行股仍将是确定性强的方向，年底和年初将步入保险开门红增配季，股息高、波动低、经营稳的银行品种预计仍是险资增配方向。
