The Supreme Court of New South Wales ordered that a meeting of Silk Logistics Holdings' (ASX:SLH) shareholders be held to decide on the company's proposed acquisition by DP World Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The scheme meeting is scheduled for Mar. 7, 2025, the filing said.
