格隆汇12月23日｜据英国《金融时报》引述美国证券交易委员会(SEC)文件称，Spotify在一年内遭约20名高层及董事减持，共套现12.5亿美元，当中11月及12月减持活动显著增加。今年Spotify的股价增长1.45倍，市值接近1000亿美元。根据SEC的文件，创办人兼首席执行官Daniel Ek在今年出售Spotify近3.5亿美元的股票，最近一次减持是在12月11日，涉及2800万美元。而另一创办人兼董事Martin Lorentzon则在今年套现超过5.5亿美元。Spotify发言人表示，作为长期财务规划的一部分，多位Spotify高层已经出售部分持股。
